Pregnant and giving away my cat

I have cat 1, cat 2 and a dog. The dog gets along with cat 1, but chases and obsessed over cat 2. Cat 1 does not have claws, cat 2 does. Cat 2 dominates cat 1 and will eat his food if I do not stay in the room until they finish. I am currently 6 months pregnant and will not have time to watch over the cats when they eat or give cat 2 the attention he needs (he is a very needy cat). I have spent over $3000 on medical bills for cat 2. I love the cat, but he stressed me, cat 1 and the dog out. I have found a great home for him with a retired woman who lives on a large farm. I am normally against giving away your animals, but I feel like this is the best move to make for me, my baby, cat 1, dog AND cat 2. Am I a horrible person for giving away my cat?
