Help! I've been experiencing awful period migraines! I have for about a year now, and I haven't found anything that helps! I get extremely sick, and throw up for the first day or so on my period. I also have an awful migraine that time that is so painful I can barely move. I can't hold anything down including excedrin. Has anyone else experienced this? If so what has helped you? I am speaking to my OBGYN about it and she's prescribed me some meds, but nothing is working! Let me know what works for you! Thanks :)
