TMI... I'm just so paranoid

Me and my husband had sex and afterwards I went to clean my self and pushed to get his cum out of my vagina and gave my self and instan sharp pain on the right side of my uterus where the baby its been like 30 minutes now and I have a very dull pain that comes and goes but it's practically gone now. Basically I just really freaked myself out and feel like I need to tell someone what happened/ reassurance. I feel so silly/ stupid.  I didn't bleed.
