pp hip pain?

Does anybody else have hip pain after having their LO? I am 5 mo pp and still experiencing hip pain...

I do you have hip pain. I have terrible lower back pain, I can barely walk or stand up straight.

I still do and I'm 8 months pp. I heard it can take a long time for it to heal on its own. I'm doing physical therapy to address that and my back. I would recommend talking to your doctor or maybe trying a chiropractor.

I had hip pain until about 3 weeks pp. I am 6 weeks pp now and have severe coccyx pain, especially at night.

Yeah I'm 6 weeks pp and suffer with my left hip, but also having severe coccyx pain as during labour they had messed with it now struggling to sit comfy for more than 20 mins

I have excruciating hip pain mind you I'm only 2 weeks pp. but we suffered through shoulder dystocia
