36 weeks 5 days pregnant help plz

I am 36 weeks 5 days I have been cramping for the last few days!!! I have a lot of pressure down there my doctor told me I need too get to 37 weeks and we are good to go I am having a c section!!!! My question is last night we had sex and after wards I had some blood when I wiped is that normal!!!! I haven't been feeling good for the last week just really uncomfortable could this be a sign of labor
