So I'll be 14 weeks tomorrow and I just don't feel pregnant anymore. The nausea has eased up just about completely and I can actually stand to be around my SO now.. Sex drive is back and everything. Is it normal to actually feel normal? Or should I be worried? I'm a FTM so I'm freaking out alittle. I haven't had any bleeding this whole pregnancy so I think I'm okay, but I've read that some miscarriages don't bleed right away
