Weight gain
Ok so I had my son 9months ago. I gained 80 POUNDS with him and only lost 20 and now I am pregnant again. Is it ok to lose weight while pregnant. And how do I keep the excess weight off? I went from 150 to 230. I am almost to the obese side of my weight group.
