I just want to use the toilet!!🙄

Constipation is real tonight!!!! I'm 9 weeks and I've been having to go since like 4 hours ago!! And when I think I can finally go it doesn't happen😑😑😑 I'm starting to cramp up cause I can't go! Anyone know what I can do??? It's almost 1 am a girl is tired! Lol
