So April 7th I conceived, carried for 7 weeks and 4 days, (miscarried May 16th) I had my first post-miscarriage period starting on July 9th-16th and ovulated on the July 25-29 was my fertile days. We only had sex from July 22nd-26th. 7 days later I had a sharp "contraction" like I did with my last pregnancy, and around 8-9 days after conception, I had "implantation" spotting. My period was due August 4th and I'm now 2-3 weeks late so it put me at 6 weeks and 3 days. I took a hpt August 2nd (negative) took 2 more at "5w3d" and "5w6d" both negative. I have every pregnancy symptom like last time, except extremely intensified, and was a lot sooner than last time. Can I still be pregnant and the tests just not pick it up?
