Cot or cot bed ??

What one is the best for you. Please give reasons . I'm needing some help ?

I had a crib next to my bed for the first 6 months then I used a cotbed... Just the same as a cot but slightly bigger and when baby learns to climb the sides you can change it into a toddler bed x
