Hunger in the early AM?
Does anyone else experience hunger pains or a growling stomach in the early am when you're trying to sleep? I'm talking like 2-4 am, my stomach will be growling so much, and so loud that it actually will wake me up. I am almost 22 weeks and have a really hard time falling back asleep once I've been woken up...so I try to ignore the growling so I can attempt to get more sleep. This has worked a couple times previously, but lately the hunger has become so unbearable that I end up getting a light snack like yogurt to help satisfy my hunger. Im not sure what to do, my doctor suggested I eat a small snack before bed, but it hasn't helped. My daughter is a hangry beast lol!
