Having weird kind of sharp pains all night and some strong period like cramps wondering what anyone thinks it could

Be not asking what t is because I know none of you are doctors just curios went to the bathroom and when I peed it looked like a piece of bloody skin came out. Anyone else have this? (Don't tell me to call my ob I can't contact them till 10am and it's only five in the morning) just haven't had cramping like

This since I first got pregnant and felt implantation cramping
