Is this good to take during pregnancy? My doc told me 325 mg but nothing else about them 🙄 I'm 31 weeks

These are the pills I take. My doctor said these were fine to take. I have not had any problems with constipation

That one is fine as long as it's 325 mg and if they make u constipated ask for a stool softener. I didn't need stool softners.

I take those same iron pills and my doctor said that it's fine and I take it along with my prenatal vitamins

If you start having constipation issues (I did with their prenatal pills and stool softeners only go so far) then consider switching to a food based iron supplement. It's generally a lot easier on your digestion and your body absorbs it more efficiently.

Usually dr will give u a prescription for the added iron though, seems weird to me they would tell u to get it over the counter and they have always prescribed a stool softner with the iron pills. I have a prescription for both.

My dr recommended taking stool softeners along with the iron pills. They back you up more....just an fyi

If dr told you to take them then yes it may mean your iron count is low
