Do you wake your sleeping baby?! My LO hasn't been sleeping the best this week at night so I told myself tonight is start waking him at 8 and keeping him up til bedtime but he was sleeping so peaceful that I didn't .. What are yalls thoughts ?

I feel like if I wake him he's just fussy and harder to get back to sleep. Doctor said just let him sleep and he will adjust on his own over time as far as days and nights go.

Nope, I just let my daughter sleep when she's tired. I get 6 hr stretches at night. Making your baby overly tired can cause more harm to the sleep schedule is what I've always been told so I never do it.
