He should be understanding. But at the same time, maybe try doing stuff to increase your sex drive. Buy lingerie and sex toys, chocolate body paint or edible underwear, try to go on regular romantic dates. There's no harm in trying. Or talk to the doctor about it, maybe there's something that can be done!
