Pot and children's aid (canada)

Not looking to be judged here. My doctor told me that if I test positive for Marijuana at an appointment they have to contact children's aid, my question is will childrens aid take the baby for smoking mid pregnancy if you don't test positive later / at birth? I did stop but I'm nervous I won't pass my next test and I'm worried what cas can / will do?
