Being induced at 39 weeks bc of preeclampsia. Wouldn't recommend that. 27 hrs of labor and 6 hours of pushing epidural didn't work right. But worth it now of course

Over the weekend if been incredibly dizzy-I couldn't get up off the couch without the room spinning 😰 then, around 7pm on a Monday contractions started mild, but unmistakable lol by 1am I was on my hands n knees on livingroom floor in tears and we headed to the hospital! I was 6cm 😳 by 6:50am Paisley Chaise was born!

Below was over the weekend 😎 she's 6.5mo

Woke up my first day off work, at 39W, Monday at 5 am thanks to BFs body clock, felt awful like I'd been hit by a bus. Bummed around the house for a bit then decided it was time to start some final shopping, still felt awful, could barely eat (ate 3 hot chips for lunch, felt dizzy and exhausted. Got home, laid down on the couch to watch some tv/have a nap & felt a pop in my belly. Originally ignored it because I couldn't be arsed to get up but decided I should go to the loo just in case, stood up and gush. Was my waters breaking. Showered, changed, grabbed some old towels and went straight to the hospital as I was strep b+. Son was morn 17 hours later.
