Does anybody know...

...what this is?! My right calf has been killing me for over 12hrs. It's like a constant nerve pain and hasnt stopped. I haven't even slept since it started. It looks like a rash but it's not abrased when you touch it, feels like normal skin. It's not dry nor does it itch. It's like it's under the skin. I checked my whole body and it's nowhere else. I tried Google but I'm not finding anything that looks like this. Anybody have a clue?!
