Should I be worried ?

So currently 18+2 weeks pregnant , tonight my 1 year old decided to jump on my belly :( it kinda hurt when she did , but now I keep getting like a sharp pain in my right lower side , allots like a stabbing pain . It's a quick pain only last a sec , been happening for last 2 hours ... No cramping or bleeding just that little sharp pinch on my right side above my Pubic bone . Not sure if it's nothing , or if I should be going to get checked ?
