How to fight the heat?

So I was wondering how you guys fight the heat while pregnant. I can't stand the heat when I wasn't pregnant but nou that I am 25weeks it seems even harder. I can only wear long jeans to Work so that doesn't help either. Any advice 😁?

Always carry a drink and if you can have a fan on you it helps - heat is killing me at 31 weeks

Essential oils peppermint oil on your head, neck, chest...anywhere it keeps it feeling cool for a couple hours! I like to put it in a little spray bottle with some water!

Water on the back of your neck helps cool you down, just a thin layer. Also, running cold water on your wrists can cool your entire body down pretty quick as well (learned that one when I was w dishwasher one summer)

I stayed indoors at all times, lol. Unless when absolutely necessary to be outside.
