39 weeks and 1 day.... need advice ?!

Question

So I am 39 weeks and 1 day pregnant today and this morning when I went to the bathroom to pee, when I wiped I had a little blood. Should I be worried? Is this the start of early labor? I am a FTM so I'm not really sure. I have also been having period like pains

How dilated were you at your last appointment?  I'd let your doctor know you had a little blood.  Braxton Hicks can feel like period cramps too but if they get worse and closer together then you could be in labor.  Drink lots of cold water it will help if it is just BH.  If you are starting labor then go on some long walks!!! Good luck!
