My back story is long and I've been through a couple different types of pregnancy loss.

This time is different.

Everything with this pregnancy has looked perfect. Hcg has been more than doubling the whole time. Ultrasounds looked good.

Then my 3rd ultrasound a few days ago we didn't see a heartbeat, I'm guessing I'm 8 weeks but I could be way off as my cycles are long and irregular. So I didn't loose hope completely as I could be earlier then expected. they tested hcg again-

Tuesday- 26587

Thursday- 24025

It dropped by 2000

I haven't had any bleeding or spotting or anything that hints at miscarriage. I still feel very pregnant, sore boobs, hunger, nausea etc I'm so confused. I'm waiting for the nurse to call. But I have a feeling it's just a waiting game. Anyone been through something similar? Don't be afraid to tell me yes and you miscarried. I've been through it before, it doesn't make it easier but I know it's a possibility. Just wanted to hear similar stories and the outcome.
