I had diarrhea yesterday, kind of out of the blue. My bm has gone back to normal today, but my guts are painful. I guess sore is a good word to describe it, if I bend over I feel it or if I sit on my couch which is fairly low. I didn't eat anything out of the ordinary. I have not had any sharp pains and my daughter is moving a lot, like normal. I'm 27 weeks. Any reason this would happen? Is it normal? I've never had pain like this even before my pregnancy so I'm trying to figure out if going to the doctor would be an overreaction?
