Cyst on my inner thighs

i have a cyst on my inner thigh i pop it the first time i thought it was gonna go away on its on and now it got bigger like a quarter size what should i do help!!!! i squeezed it but nothing it trying to come out so should i put a heating pad on it and take some ibuprofens
