I'm almost 5 weeks. My first doctor's apoitment is in 3 weeks. I'm not taking any kind of vitamins. I just read that you have to start taking them as soon as you know you are pregnant. I also have hypothyroidism (I take my medicine for that daily). I'm concerned that if I take any kind of vitamins they will cause problems while taking my thyroid medicine. I don't know what to do.
