Any success?

My husband and I have been trying to conceive since June of 2014. I did 4 rounds of Clomid, ending on 150mg when my doctor said I'm not responding to it at all and most likely won't if we up the dosage one last time. He said I have two options left, which are Clomid and Metformin together or IVF.. He never said anything about Femara.. Has anyone had success, or knows someone who has had success with the Clomid and Metformin combo? Or has tried Femara and was successful?
