Breastfeeding Mommas

So i need some advice or something that has helped you and maybe you can share with me. I was currently giving my baby breast milk her first few days but we had a tough week up at the hospital going here going there up and down i felt like i was always in a rush that i ended up buying her a formula bottle. Now she doesn't want my breast. I breast bump so im trying all i can for her to eat my milk. But do they ever lach on? Has this happened to you? Did anything help to get them back? Any tricks? Also is it true once they stop breastfeeding your milk goes away withing 2 MO or so?
