Nausea

Anyone have any tips for dealing with nausea/vomiting and having a toddler? I'm just about 7 weeks pregnant with my second and have a 14 month old son.  With him, I threw up the entire pregnancy and I am so nervous it's going to happen again.  I'm already throwing up with this one.  I feel so guilty about not having as much energy to take care of my son like I normally do!
