weight loss inspiration

What do you ladies use to keep yourselves motivated to lose weight? I have 20 pounds of my baby weight left to lose and would like to lose 40. I've been dieting on and off for the last year and each time I start I'm motivated and excited and that eventually stops and I go right back to how I was eating before. I'm so sick of looking and feeling the way I do and I'm ready to lose that weight but I'm worried it's going to be the same old story with me. How do you stay motivated? TIA
