UPDATE: Surgery Tuesday...and considerably nervous!!!

Jamie
Having my first surgery ever, to help with my fertility. I'm having Laparoscopic Bilateral Ovarian Cyst Drainage, or ovarian drilling, for my PCOS. Also they'll check for endometriosis & remove it if I have it, & I'll have an HSG test done to see if my tube are clear or blocked. So much in one surgery! I'm uber nervous, wondering if it'll be successful or not for the fertility issues & thinking about the pain I could potentially be in. I'm not going to lie, I'm a wimp when it comes to needles & certain kinds of pain. Y'all send me good vibes that this goes smooth & is successful!!    UPDATE: Surgery went well. Very sore today but the pain is manageable. Just can't get comfortable to sleep for very long. The doc found 4 cysts, with the larger on my left ovary. All were drained. My HSG test came back all clear. I did have endo but only on my left ovary. Turned out my left ovary had somehow got behind my colon & the endo had joined the two. He cut them apart, put my ovary in the right place, & took care of the endo. He also said I had minimal bleeding on my ovaries so I shouldn't scar, which is a good thing. Thank you to everyone who gave me tips & well wishes. It's been greatly appreciated!!
