periods.

i need tips on how to make my period more regular. i've only had it probably only 2 times maybe 3 times in the passed year and a half. i've waited at the most 7 months in between periods. i think something could be wrong with me. i know since i'm still only 14 they can be irregular but idk.. i've talked to my doctor and she said it's normal but i just don't know... any birth control suggestions to regulate my period??
