Vaginal pain

I am ftm 31w2d currently and have been having pain in the lady bits. I dont know how to describe it other than having extremely rough sex or being kicked there( happened in soccer as a kid) is this normal? I have an apt next week and I will bring it up. But just wondering if anyone else is or has experienced this and if they have an tips for relief. I have had sex in 2 months because Ive been sick. So I know it's not that. And no soccer either lol I cant even imagine running right now.
