Yikes!

Well, I've been having trouble with reoccurring yeast infections for the past year. I've gone to my GP about it & she can't seem to find the issue. When I initially went I was trying out a new birth control & also was diagnosed with chlamydia. I don't take the birth control anymore because I didn't react well with it. I've noticed that the yeast infection tends to act up around the time when I get my period, so I had been thinking it had to be something with that. The other day I read an article about a girl with a similar issue although hers was herpes. She experienced flu-like symptoms & almost died from brain damage. I haven't had any other symptoms besides the yeast infections though.

Now I'm wondering if maybe I have warts or herpes. Anyone have any experience with this? If it's been a year & I've been going to my GP often for testing, it would've been found by now I'm sure?
