Numbness and pain when you sleep?!

Anyone else experiencing numbness and pain in both hips when in bed? I have my body pillow plus another regular pillow at my knees. It has helped some but I need to know what you ladies are using at this stage! 24w 5 days

Yes! I get this all the time, especially in whatever hip I'm lying on and if I sleep for more than 8 hours a night!

Yep, me too.  My husband now refers to me as Queen of the Pillows.  I've had sciatica from almost day 1 on my pregnancy in my right hip, but both hips hurt when I sleep.  The Bobby Maternity pillow had been helpful because it has a little side pillow that slides under your hip, BUT the pillow itself can be annoying.  I enjoy it, but I still combine it with a regular body pillow as well as a down regular pillow in various positions.  I would suggest adding a small, flat pillow under the hip you're sleeping in...also an egg crate mattress sounds very appealing right now! 😎

I get numbness in my left arm because I sleep on my left side the most. I also have a body pillow & use the hubby as a warmer cause at night I stay cold.

I get numbness in my right arm. Carpel tunnel  supposedly common in pregnancy but it's driving me nuts!
