Long story short my sister and I had a falling out and she stole all the money in our account. Even our checking account where my fiances check gets deposited every week and overdrew our account by over 1500. We didn't catch it in time and all of our auto payments bounced (our car, cells phones, insurance, and mortgage) and that caused another 600 in overdraft fees. We have been scrambling to make sure that we have everything ready for our new baby all the while making sure our other 5 kids have everything they need and trying to catch back up with our bank. Our car was repoed and our house went into foreclosure because it took us months to get anything back (we've still only gotten about 5000 back). We were forced to move into a much smaller house and get a car that would just get us by.

Well he just got a call from our lawyer from an auto accident over two years ago and he has finally settled my fiances case and we pick up the check for $100,000 today. This is such a huge relief and a weight off my shoulders. We will be able to get everything we need for our baby, pay off what is back owed on our house and move back in, and put a nice down payment down on a new car that won't break down once a month.
