Gym life!
In January I joined a gym and went about 3-4 times a week. I felt good and lost some weight. We got married in May and knew we wanted to try for a family starting on our wedding night. After our honeymoon I felt I made excuses not to go to the gym , it's summer it's so hot. I would go 1-2 days... Today was my first day back in awhile, it was a struggle lol I only do cardio and light weights. Just want to keep my body circulating. I'm 5'3" 155 pounds. I know I can def lose weight and I should. I have pcos and getting pregnant is a bumpy road, I'm taking clomid to help me ovulate so I get really scared going to the gym and working out.
