I'm 39+6 and was sent for a growth scan today for reduced movements whilst everything was fine they did a sweep whilst I was there (very uncomfortable), I was 2cm dilated and could be stretched to 3cm, my waters were bulging and she managed to move a lot of my plug. I was told to just go on long walks to get things moving and have another sweep booked in 48 hours.

The sweep was approximately 5 hours ago, I now have period pains and achy.

Did anyone else experience this and if so how did you get on?
