Sleepless?

Question

Since 3 weeks I'm not able to sleep at all. I'm awake until 3 in the morning...I tried tea and hot cocoa but nothing seems to help :(  it's frustrating 😩😫

Get your pj's or whatever you sleep in (if anything) ready and make sure your bed is clear and ready to get in. Have a warm bath with Johnsons bedtime baby bath soak. It's a soft lavender smell and so calming. Once you feel drowsy pop yourself out of the bath and go straight to your room. Bypass emptying the tub or anything else. Get into your nightclothes and straight into bed. No lights, no TV, no phone. Focus on your breathing and you should drift off.

Make sure the tea you are drinking doesn't have caffeine in it. Try sleepy time tea. Also chocolate in the hot
Cocoa could be keeping you up as well!
