Fertility supplements anyone?

Question

Any here take any fertility supplements like Vitex, progesterone pills, fertility tea, Prenatal, Fertil aid or ova boost???
 Looking to take anything that will possibly help or speed up the process even though I know it's in gods hands.

I took Vitex and got pregnant at the end of the first month taking it. However, I took it because I have irregular periods so unless you could benefit from it because you have irregular periods or have low progesterone I wouldn't suggest taking it without looking into it because I read many times that women who took it and didn't have irregular periods before had irregular periods when they started taking Vitex.

Prenatals don't aid with fertility but help with birth defects, etc & morning sickness. I've taken progesterone, but no luck yet! 😭
