Is lack of sleep bad for the baby?

I haven't been able to sleep comfortably in the past couple weeks. For starters my baby wiggles like all night & second my room feels like a super humid oven & I don't have an air conditioner. I also can't get comfortable in any sleeping position. I don't end up falling asleep till like 5 or 6 in the morning. This sucks. :/

Baby will sleep no matter what 😂 I think they are on sleep cycles, awake & asleep every 20 minutes. Definitely buy yourself a $20 fan to plus into the wall, its probably best to keep your windows closed during the day to keep the humid air OUT! A few weeks ago we were experiencing 105° days and nights were 85° 😭😭 and keeping the windows closed - fan on was best!

Baby usually sleeps while you're up moving. That's why you feel it wiggle all night. The more still and relaxed you are, the more he moves. So baby is completely ok. Hopefully you can get some good sleep soon for your sake. Have you tried taking Tylenol PM to help?

If an AC isn't possible for you try a fan you can get them at Walmart etc. I know I can't sleep at all if it's super hot! maybe try that and put it near where you sleep, might help!
