Raw itchy strechmarks

Please help, i have these red , raw/tender, extremely itchy strechmarks under my belly, they stand out , if you touch them they feel like bumps. Its uncomfortable and very irritating. What can i do for the itch please help i cant take it anymore and i dont wanna scratch. Im 34W4D
