Tips for Mommas that deliver vaginally!
Just a tip for vaginal delivery! This was my first pregnancy so I just wanted to pass along what has saved me!!! Durmaplast numbing spray! These witch hazel hemmorodial pads are truly amazing!!! Of course the spray bottle they should give you at the hospital and these undies. I like these better than what you get at hospital but totally a preference!
