Why do babies get tiny red pimples on there face or cheecks when theyre new borns? My little one didnt have anything and recently just a few days i noticed she had some on her cheecks?

It's the hormones she absorbed from you while in the womb. There's still small bits of it in her system, resulting in baby acne. It's completely normal and will clear up over time.

It's just hormones. They look pretty awful for a month but then they look fine. That's how my dayghte was.
