Here's Some Helpful Hints To Slow Down On Gaining Too Much Weight!!!
Hey mommies!!! By the time I was 7 months I had already gained 30 lbs at 28 weeks. I said "oh shit" to myself because I still had 12 weeks left to go. I didn't know what I was going to do. So I started with my diet. And I lost 4lbs in 5 weeks. I started at 120lbs,
Now I'm 146 at 33 weeks. I am not starving myself I eat when im hungry. I still enjoy a good cheeseburger, tamales, pizza, or some fried chicken. But I'm not over doing it anymore. Please give me any other hints you think could help. I'm not trying to gain any unnecessary weight.
1. I drink a green smoothie every morning now.
2. I eat at least 1-2 servings of fruit and veggies everyday.
3. I switch from white to brown everything- whole grains and wheat.
4. Drinking tons more water- basically cut out all other beverages.
5. Walk. Because I'm definitely not type to be in the gym while pregnant.
