cough and Vicks vapor rub
I have been taking Vicks vapor rub on my nose before sleeping to help cough but I just learnt the it has camphor or menthol which is not good for the fetus , how harmful can it be . I have done this for last 3 days .... Pls help guys. If anyone know any expert . Also I took some Ayurvedic logens which might have 1.35 mg of camphor .... Can anyone please help?
