Dilated how long after did water or labor pains begin?

So I went to the doctor yesterday and I am 3cm dilated. My back has begun to hurt but no contractions and water hasn't broken. Anyone experience this or something similar?

How far along are you !! Im 34 weeks pregnant 3cm dialated having the same symptoms my doctor told me it could be in the next couple days , weeks you never know when labor might come just have bags pack and ready !!

Does your belly harden? You could be having back labor and therefore not feeling the contractions. Just keep an eye and stay hydrated.

I was 4cm dilated for 15 weeks 😂😂 my sister was 2cm dilated for 20 weeks and even then she was induced

I was 37 weeks my back had been sore all day. My water broke at midnight and contractions started 20 minutes later
