So just got my utrasound today and according to it, I'm almost 12 weeks when I was told 10 weeks.

Did your dr say you were 12 weeks? According to the ultrasound? If so then that's what I would go by. The dating scans are pretty accurate, more so then your LMP because you don't always ovulate the same time every month.
