I like the style of the first one, maybe take the first two into a shop to get the artists interpretation/redraw of it? Copying someone else's tattoo to a T is a big no no

Maybe take the ying-yang water color idea and mesh it with a dream catcher. Cause stealing someone's tat isnt cool

I wouldn't use any of them specifically! taking someone else's design is messed up, I personally like the third one best. You should give it to a friend of tattoo artist and have them draw up a unique version of it!
