Cleaning "down there" postpartum
Hey everyone, just wondering when and how everyone was cleaning "down under" after vaginal birth. the nurses told me not to use any soap down there when I left the hospital,but its been a week and a half now and I feel like I need to cleanse ! Would using a little soap cause any harm ??
