Would you be ok if your husband gave rides to a young woman????
So, in May hubby and I found out we were preggers and in June he took me on a mini vacation. While we were having breakfast, he told me he gave a ride to a female co-worker a few days ago.
So immediately my radar went up and I simply asked him why didn't he tell me that day he did it since we always talk about how our days went. I got upset but then he said she was old and was married with children.
In August his phone bill came in and I checked it and I found a weird number which he recently was communicating with via texts and phone calls while at work. I called the number and it was a female.
One day he invited me to go to work with him and this young woman was staring at me as I was introduced to other colleagues. Later that day I stole his phone, texted that number as if it was him.
His phone: hi, how are you?
Her reply: I'm good, you?
His phone: call me, wanna hear your voice
Her reply: why...
(After 1 min) remember your wife is keeping an eye on you! Be careful
His phone: but she's not here
Her reply: good for you!
Immediately after that convo I left the house with his phone. She called and when she heard my voice she was confused. I asked her who she was. She said she was a coworker and that she saw me! I asked her how did she know I was keeping an eye on him. She said she was just joking with him because he never saw him bring me at work! She stated that he gave her rides all the time if she missed the bus and nothing was going on and that she has a boyfriend... Lol
So, to cut short the story. I confronted him and asked him for her name and he told me he didn't know her name! Lol
Till today I don't know her name and he sticks to his lullaby that he gave her a ride only once and those texts after were from her asking him for rides which he refused.
So I stole his phone on another day and basically the girl said not to text her because she didn't want issues with the wife.
Ever since then I don't see any phone calls or texts between them. But still she's his coworker.
He was apologetic and still making up for getting me worked up. So, did I overreact or is this guy a joker??? He knows it was inappropriate which is why he deleted everything off his phone...
